The location was convenient and the receptionist was cute (that is always a bonus).
My room had issues. The TV did not work and when I tried to turn it on, the front came off. This was potentially dangerous. There was no apology when I mentioned it, and staff did not seem concerned.

i found the location very convenient for accessing various parts of the city the staff were helpful when i needed directions to nearby attractions they also provided fresh towels when requested the free coffee in the reception area was a nice perk especially in the mornings
the window in my room was a bit stiff and difficult to open fully it didn't affect my stay significantly but it was a minor inconvenience

The hotel's location was ideal. It made exploring easy. I found the free coffee in reception a good touch. The staff also held my suitcase after checkout, very helpful.
My room felt quite dated. The window would not open. A strange smell lingered on the second floor. It was a bit off-putting. The receptionist was wearing pyjamas. It did feel unsettling.
